Using your Phone abroad is cheaper from Today.

It seems every year the charges to use your phone abroad come down. The ultimate aim from the EU is that you should be able to use your device with no charges anywhere in Europe but we are still a little bit away from that on the main stream networks.

Vodafone have announced that between 1st May and 31st August you can use your UK minutes, text and data allowances for just £2 per day (reduced from £3) you don’t need to activate the service it is automatically applied to your account. You only get charged when you use it as well between midnight and midnight on any given day.
